Q1: Where is your company? How far from the airport?
We are located at Shandong, China, which is ONE hour driving from our factory to the airport, we can provide pick up service once you confirmed your flight information with us.

CHANGYUAN will guarantee the products 12 months since the date of shipment (or leaving from Seller's factory depends on the terms).
