Q1: Where is your company? How far from the airport?
We are located at Shandong, China, which is ONE hour driving from our factory to the airport, we can provide pick up service once you confirmed your flight information with us.
Q2: What's your warranty?
CHANGYUAN will guarantee the products TWO years since the date of shipment (or leaving from Seller's factory depends on the terms).
We also warrant the products can be used for more than 50 years.
Q3: What's your minimum order quantity?
Pipe fittings: ONE box or ONE bag.
Pipes: 200~5000meter/size, depends on different sizes.
Q4: How about the delivery time?
The common products we always have the stock, so it can be sent out within 7 days.
While the big order takes about 15-35 days to finish the production.
Q5: How to get free samples?
Send us your address, telephone number, post code, and express account number to our mail box, and also told us which model of samples you need. Our sales team will contact you within 24 hours.
Q6: What are your terms of payment?
Both the terms of T/T and L/C are accepted.

Q8. For pipe fittings, what do you do mainly?
For fittings, coupling (socket), elbows, tee, reducer, union, valve, cap and copper insert fittings are our main products. And other pipe fittings are customized.
