Application

 

Furniture production	the board should not be deformed (MC), the expansion rate should be uniform, the surface paint processing performance should be good, the fiber should not be too thick or too long, the IB should be moderate, and various thickness boards can be used;
Cabinet production	the board should not be deformed, the IB should be moderate, the core layer density should be good, there should be no rubber or dry powder fiber clusters in the board, and 18mm and 15mm board thickness should be used;
Packaging box production	the board should not be deformed, the IB should be slightly higher, the thickness should be uniform, and the board surface should be flat, and 2.7mm and 3mm board thickness should be used
Decorative Moulding lines	The production of the board requires a slightly higher density of the core layer;
Heel production	The board requires a very high IB, and the same batch of boards basically cannot have too much color difference, special high-strength heel material;
Printed circuit board	requires high IB, uniform thickness, solid surface without linting, and no dust when drilling;
Crafts	The board requires a lint-free surface, and the color of the board must not fluctuate;
Laminated floor production	the board should not be deformed, the IB should also be higher, the MC should be moderate, and the board surface should not be deformed at high temperatures. Soft debris (such as pits, etc.), uniform density in the board, uniform sanding thickness, use special high-density floor substrate;

We are located at Shandong, China, which is ONE hour driving from our factory to the airport, we can provide pick up service once you confirm your flight information with us.

CHANGYUAN will guarantee the products TWO years since the date of shipment (or leaving from Seller's factory depends on the terms).
We also warrant the products can be used for more than 50 years.

Q3: What's your minimum order quantity?
