Product Performance

 

Medium-density fibreboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product that breaks down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibers, often in a defibrillator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure. MDF is generally denser than plywood. It is made up of separated fibers but can be used as a building material similar in application to plywood. It is stronger and much denser than particle board. Medium density fiberboard (MDF) is mainly made of branch wood, small diameter wood, thinning wood, etc., and its main components are wood fiber, resin glue, etc. It is an environmentally friendly board that can replace logs and is made through chipping, hot grinding, drying, sizing, paving, pre-pressing, hot-pressing, post-processing and other processes. Its main advantages are relatively cheap price, smooth surface, uniform material, good physical properties, and easy processing and modeling. It is also possible to add paraffin, flame retardants, etc. to wood fibers to make moisture-proof boards (HMR Board) and flame-retardant boards (FR Board).

Medium density fiberboard (MDF BOARD) is a versatile wood-based panel with good machinability.
MDF has a consistent structure and density and a very smooth surface. This makes it suitable for routed, lacquered and painted finishes.
High density fiberboard (HDF BOARD) contains more wood fiber per cubic meter than MDF board.

Melamine Filmed MDF structure is more uniform, good processing performance. It can be produced in large quantities and is a good raw material for making furniture of different specifications and styles.

We are located in Shandong, China, which is ONE hour's drive from our factory to the airport, we can provide pick-up service once you confirm your flight information with us.

CHANGYUAN will guarantee the products TWO years from the date of shipment (or leaving from Seller's factory depends on the terms).
