HDPE Pipe and Fittings


Our HDPE Pipe and Fittings are designed to meet the needs of various applications. Made from high-density polyethylene, they offer excellent heat and cold resistance, as well as good chemical stability. With high rigidity and toughness, they provide superior mechanical strength compared to LDPE.


These fittings also exhibit good dielectric properties and environmental stress cracking resistance. While they may have slightly lower wear resistance, electrical insulation, toughness, and cold resistance compared to low-density insulation, they still perform exceptionally well. Additionally, they are chemically stable, insoluble in organic solvents, and resistant to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion.


Our HDPE Pipe and Fittings have low permeability to water vapor and air, ensuring efficient performance. However, it's important to note that they have poor aging resistance and may not withstand environmental cracking as well as LDPE. To enhance their performance, we recommend adding antioxidants and ultraviolet absorbents to the resin.


It's worth mentioning that the hot deformation temperature of HDPE film under stress is lower, so careful consideration should be given to its application.
